Before you write
Most questions fall into one of these:
Check the extension first: the loader accepts .dat, .csv, .opt, and .zip volumes. If a CSV was saved with an unusual delimiter, the app detects it from the header line — try re-saving with standard commas or a thorn (þ) delimiter. If a file still fails, include the first two lines of it (with any real case data redacted) in your email.
Tell us the input format (delimiter, qualifier, encoding) and attach a five-row sample. The app reports the delimiter, qualifier, and encoding it detected at the top of the tool, so a screenshot of that line is usually enough.
Tell us your operating system and whether you use light or dark mode — both are supported and a screenshot narrows it immediately.
Reporting a problem
The application makes no network connections and collects no diagnostics, so there is nothing for us to look at unless you send it. If a problem is hard to reproduce, describe what you did and what you expected, and attach:
- the file(s) involved (redacted if needed),
- a screenshot,
- your operating system and app version (menu → About on macOS; Help → About on Windows).
Licenses and purchases
- Bought in the App Store or Microsoft Store: billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Microsoft through your account with them.
- Bought a license key directly: keys are verified offline — the app never contacts a license server. If you lose your key, email us from the address you purchased with and we will reissue it.
- Moved to a new computer: install the app there and enter your key. Seat counts are part of the license itself; there is no activation server to de-authorize.
What we do not do
We do not sell data, run ads, use analytics, or send marketing email. The application has no account system, so there is nothing to cancel.
